Hi and my name is Darren Tebbenham and I have been a Personal Trainer all around the world. I am an ex-University lecturer, having taught sports science at Liverpool University. I have a degree and masters degree in sport psychology and as the owner of the European Institute of Fitness I have trained several thousand trainers now working all around the world delivering the same program I will share with you in my 28-Day Kick-Start plan.

I understand the difficulties of trying to get fit and find a diet plan that works for you. And it's OK to feel confused. Sometimes I think the "professionals" can't even agree how best to eat to lose weight or what exercises are, indeed best.

Hi and my name is Lorna Third and I am the creator or Live-Life, helping people live life with energy and vitality because life really is too short not to!

 

Following a long career in a corporate environment I have experienced both sides of fitness. As a global systems analyst, I spent most weeks of the year traveling, living out of hotel rooms, eating on the run and often feeling sluggish and certainly not living life to the max.

 

Today I am an Online Fitness Coach. I have completed a full Iron man and love feeling healthy and fit! Live-Life will give you the knowledge and power for you to live life to the max too!
